A: yes but not in the U.S.A. more than 84 people on death row have been exonerated by DNA evidence. their is a problem with the justice system that must be fixed first. in Singapore they Had a problem with drug smugglers. their solution was to change the penalty from imprisonment to hanging. their drug smuggling dropped 95%. that is why I am for it.
