Q: How bad is the railroad noise and what times of day, and is it close to a supermarket, other????
A: That part of San Diego has "silent tracks" & they are really quite calming to be around. Even the whistles are quiet. I haven't been there in 5 years, but there used to be a decent shopping center with an Albertson's Grocery Store nearby. The bus line is right outside the front gate. Sorry to say, but I'd worry more about the "tweekers" than the RR Noise! You should check it out before you sign the paperwork & it's a good idea to call the Encinitas Sheriff's Department & ask them what the crime statistics on the trailer park are like. They'll gladly tell you what type of problems the park has.
