A: Yes and yes. Not only do they have beer, but they usually have mixed drinks as well. It's an awesome concert venue. I've been several times. Enjoy!
2-part question: does Cox Arena (San Diego) allow tailgaiting before concerts? Can you buy beer in the arena?
