A: It's been a few years since I've been in that neighborhood (back when I went regularly to Horizon -- on Mt. Alifan). Let me first ask this question? Is there a Vons in that shopping area? If so, is it now on the NW corner of the lot? If so, then Mervyns was ONCE occupied by Vons before they moved to its present location.
