A: Well relate the answer to the position you are applying for. Customer Service, for example, what is it about you personally and professionally can you offer that is different or you feel is important...something that makes you stand out from all others. I recruit for retail stores and I am shocked that people who apply for the positions forget that they are consumers as well. I love when an applicant tells me what they look for in customer service when they are out shopping and how they would use their past experiences (with examples) as a way to make them be better sales associates.
