Or you could contact and work with a company that already specializes in purchasing scrap metal from the United States and sells to China and India like INTERMET / AARON METALS (510-569-6767). Or you could take a trip to China and create a partnership with an end-consumer (a foundry in China) and purchase scrap from existing scrap metal companies in the San Diego area. Of course, the capital needed to start doing this type of business is pretty great so good luck!
