A: The fastest you can send it is same day delivery! VERY expensive. A driver picks it up takes it to the airport airfreights it to the destination city, there is is picked up by a driver and delivered the same day. This usually costs at least several hundred dollars. If you take it to the airport and someone picks it up at the other end it cuts the price considerably bit it still isn't going to be cheap. Waiting one day cuts the cost dramatically. Then you can use FedEx or UPS overnight service.
