A: Yes its in the shopping center where the Linda Vista Library is located as well as Vien Dong. Its off of Linda Vista road. There is a Mcdonalds in the shopping center. There is also a website that I have personally used to order these dresses and they are beautiful. www.chicstar.com these dresses come from China directly so it does take about 10 days to get to you since its sent US postal service.
