I live and work in Phoenix and want to move to California?

Q: However, Phoenix az has so many jobs here, for example when I put my resume online I get calls from wells fargo, bank of america, american express, and the list goes on and on and on so you have the freedom to choose for what company you want to work, and it's not like in other cities where you have to really try hard and get a cheesy job..... BUT WE ARE TIRED OF THE EXTREME HEAT, 110 DEGREES FOR LIKE 5 MONTHS OUT THE YEAR and then it goes down to like 100 for another 3 months... and winter here is like 80 degrees wich is only like 2 months...... anywhere in california where the job market is similar???? I love san diego but is it like that down there, jobwise? please help if you know

A: San Diego (and surrounding communities) is EXPENSIVE. Pay is lower than other high-cost areas (such as the San Francisco bay area or Los Angeles). The job market is a little tight. Housing prices have eased, but are still expensive. Riverside and San Bernardino counties to the north are booming. It's warmer there, but not as hot as Phoenix.
