Q: They should have a decent amount of experience/certification, be strong enough to go deep on the muscles, and knowledgeable enough to not cause injury or to work-around injuries like shoulder impingement/shin splints. Being nice and having a relaxing/meditative atmosphere helps too, but not required unless pricey. Thanks much! :)
