Q: What do I need to do to get a busking license in Seattle/King County?
A: Busking is a synonym for street performing. The city requires you to buy a $5 permit IF you are performing @ the Seattle Center. (It's one of the most popular places to perform besides the Pike Place Market) The regulation is being contested in court, but to avoid hassles, (and the police have been know to harass street performers) I would recommend going to city hall and getting the permit. see the link below.
